Calcosa Aviation Training: Since being established in 1998, Calcosa has increased the size of its training and charter operation at Johannesburg, Rand Airport and Kensington Campus as a result of its commitment to providing the highest level of expertise and convenience in pilot and cabin crew training. Our Chief Flying Instructor (CFI) has over 40 years of aviation experience as a Pilot and also a Designated Flight Examiner (DFE). Our highly experienced instructors are on hand to impart knowledge to trainee pilots and crew.
Calcosa also runs various aviation safety and operations based lectures. Run throughout the year, these one day seminars cover a range of subjects, examples include: CRM, Flight Operations, Weather Flying and Flight Planning for the recreational Private Pilot.
In addition to our flight training services, Calcosa also offers accommodation, meals, laundry and transport to full-time aviation students.
